Project Overview
I designed a digital home and easy application process for multiple B2B loan products (overdraft, credit, credit line, etc.) for the biggest private bank in Russia.
Challenge
Business point: Increase the loan portfolio for AlfaBank to earn on interests/commissions.
User point: As a business owner, I’d like to get extra money fast & easily to maintain growth or close the cash gap. But the total time between starting and ending the process of getting a loan is around 2 weeks.

You need to provide around 10 signed documents on paper via the bank office, even if it was a personal offer from bank
To figure out all the obstacles and missing points, I prepared the CJM with the whole process of getting a loan. It helped
After multiple iterations me and my team came up with a happy flow for our clients to get an overdraft, meticulously watching that every step of the journey is as easy as possible but still meets bank security standards.
Solution
An all-in-one hub for all the things credit/loans matter where users can see all of the current products they use and their info, apply for some new ones, or check the personal offers the bank has to offer for them with only 15 min approval time.

Me and a team also implemented a crucial step in user communication — a Notifications Center with easy integration for other teams working on Internet bank.
